Afternoon Giana, I was wondering what where you’re thoughts on the sl fashion scene

Giana Paine

Well, I think that it is growing alot and there is alot more diversity. SL fashion is pretty cool. I think we are following alot of the styles that are in and coming in, I’m really glad to see alot of fashion that is funkier such as Milk Motion!

Do you feel that the fashion scene is dying at all being that its so hard for new people to get into a group and be noticed.

Giana Paine

I think that there are more designs the only thing is that many designers have felt a crunch in there earnings. I think it might have to do with the real world recession and the competition. Hopefully it will pick up, I think that maybe being on magazines and having cool ads, blogs, should help more with fashion show relativity also. I think it is difficult because it can only reach a small number of people due to lag and stuff, I think fashion shows can only be successful if they are intertwined with big bloggers and magazines that actually gets to the masses.

What are you’re thoughts on gossip in the fashion scene, there is a lot of bad rumors surfacing.

Giana Paine

I think it is interesting, I like reading stuff, however I am not into the drama. (Giana then smiles), But it does make it seem like more realistic (Giana then laughs out loud)

(I then laugh) indeed, Being that you’re not into drama what are your thoughts on shopping cart disco?

Giana Paine

Well I have nothing against (THE BLOGGER) I think she is cool. She is the only blogger than can get all the juice. I think she really gets people fussed up, and of course alot people are not gonna like it but lets face it, if this was real life it would be alot worse. At least you made it on the news right I think we gotta get use to people talking bad, its part of life so what

(I then laugh softly), how would you feel if you where on the blog perceived in a negative portrayal.

Giana Paine

I would be like wtf!! but I wouldn’t care cus its second life, to me. And the “peeps” that know me, know me, and thats what really matas!!. But I would prolly get a little upset to be honest. (Giana then laughs)

(I then laugh amusingly) So what is in store for your new summer collection Giana we all adore your clothes.

Giana Paine

Summer is boho for me and fall season is going toward a more military style but with the edgy urban outfitter type thing going on.
